取消政策

The terms below set out the Terms of Service for the Booking, Cancellation & Treatment Policies. 以下條款列明有關預約、取消及療程政策之服務條款。 1. Same-Gender Therapist Policy (Body Treatments) 身體服務之同性別師傅政策 Body treatments are strictly same gender only (male to male, female to female). Foot treatments may be mixed gender. Cancellations due to not reading or accepting this policy are non-refundable. 所有身體護理服務一律安排同性別治療師（男對男、女對女）。 足部護理可安排不同性別。 因未有閱讀或接受本政策而取消之預約，恕不退款。 2. Payments & Final Sales 付款及最終確認 Full payment is required to confirm all bookings. All bookings are final and non-refundable. 所有預約必須全額付款作確認。 付款完成後，預約即屬最終確認，恕不退款。 3. Rescheduling & Transfers 改期及轉讓 Rescheduling must be requested at least 6 hours before the appointment time. If approved, the booking may be: Rescheduled to another date/time, or Transferred to a friend or family member. Rescheduling or transfer requests made within 6 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation with no refund. 如需改期或轉讓，須於預約時間最少 6 小時前 提出，並須經本店批准。 獲批准後，可改期至其他日期／時間，或轉讓予親友。 於預約時間 6 小時內 提出之改期或轉讓申請，將視作取消，恕不退款。 4. No-Shows 缺席安排 No-shows cannot be rescheduled or transferred and are non-refundable. Arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the booking will be forfeited. 缺席之預約不設改期或轉讓，亦不設退款。 遲到超過 30 分鐘，將視作缺席，預約作廢。 5. Late Arrivals 遲到安排 Late arrival time will be deducted from the treatment duration. Arriving 15 minutes late means 15 minutes will be deducted from your session. 如客人遲到，療程時間將按實際遲到時間扣減。 例如遲到 15 分鐘，療程時間將扣減 15 分鐘。 By confirming and completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all the above terms and conditions. 完成及確認預約即表示你已閱讀、理解並同意以上所有條款。
